The Center for Aging in Place Support will assist the development of intentional Aging in Place communities in Westchester County to enable people to remain in their homes as long as safely possible, by providing resources and services to facilitate community startup, by facilitating the exchange of ideas among individual communities, and by providing economies of scale in their service offerings to their members. |

CAPS will:
- Inform community leaders and other interested citizens in the concepts of intentional aging in place communities.
- Facilitate the development of supportive, empowering and capacity-building projects creating intentional aging in place communities.
- Enable intentional Aging in Place communities to achieve economies of scale in their operations by identifying and providing connections to resources.
